How to Enter:

  • No purchase is required to enter the Casino Gold Pages “Win £100 to play with at any online casino of your choice” Competition.
  • You must register your First name, Surname and email address
  • A Maximum of one entry per person is permitted

Prize:

  • The completion date of the Competition is 20th October 2008 at which time the random draw will take place.
  • The prize is one hundred pounds (£100). The winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted from all eligible online entries received.
  • The random drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Casino Gold Pages, whose decisions are final.
  • The Prize winner may be required to submit valid identification, including a digitized photograph, to Casino Gold Pages so as to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within 72 hours following confirmation by the Prize winner. Failure to comply with these time periods will result in disqualification and awarding of the Prize to an alternate winner.

Eligibility:

  • This Competition is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Casino Gold Pages, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each or persons living in the same household of each are not eligible. The Prize is restricted to individuals of legal age of majority as determined in the jurisdiction in which the individual resides. You cannot enter under any circumstances if you are not at least eighteen years of age.
  • The Casino Gold Pages £100 competition winner will be determined as follows:

  • To remain an entrant in the draw, the entrant must not unsubscribe form the Casino Gold Pages mailings throughout the duration of the competition.
  • All information collected from entrants will be kept confidential - personally identifiable information on individual entrants will not be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties. Communications from Casino Gold Pages generally update and advise entrants of new games, events, services, and benefits.
  • Casino Gold Pages may contact entrants in the future with offers that it feels may be of interest. If you do not wish to receive these mailings, you may unsubscribe. By unsubscribing from Casino Gold Pages you will be removing yourself from the competition: you will no longer be eligible to win the £100 Prize or any other Prizes.
  • By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Competition Rules and by the decisions of Casino Gold Pages which shall be final and binding in all respects.
  • Taxes and duties, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner.
  • No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.

  • Casino Gold Pages is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected online entries, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by an entrant or an equipment or technical malfunction or for any technical error or malfunctions or clerical errors.
  • Casino Gold Pages is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this competition, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Competiton Rules, the selection and announcement of the Prize winner or other winners or the distribution of the prize.
  • Casino Gold Pages reserves the right to amend these Official Competition Rules, and any amendments shall come into force upon being posted on the Casino Gold Pages website.
    Casino Gold Pages reserves the right to cancel this Competition at any time for any reason whatsoever without obligation or prior notice.
    By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Casino Gold Pages, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Competition or any prize won.
  • Entrants may not enter with multiple email addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to play multiple times or as multiple entrants, other than as permitted by these Official Competition Rules. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified.

  • In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
  • The name of the Casino Gold Pages £100 Competition Prize winner will be posted on the Casino Gold Pages Web site within 120 hours of the completion of the giveaway. The winner will be contacted via their confirmed email address.
